The VISTA will be part of the 26-27 Coach Across America national cohort of 64 members. The Community Outreach VISTA will: develop mentor and volunteer recruitment initiatives; strengthen family engagement and community outreach systems; collaborate with staff on social media outreach and community awareness campaigns; support partnership development with schools, businesses, and community organizations; coordinate outreach materials, communication efforts, and engagement tracking systems; develop processes to support enrollment awareness and youth recruitment efforts; collect stories, photos, and outreach data to support organizational growth and sustainability.
