The VISTA will be part of the 26-27 Coach Across America national cohort of 64 members. The Operations and Systems VISTA will: develop processes to streamline attendance tracking, data management, and reporting systems; develop and organize operational templates, checklists, and SOPs; develop processes to support onboarding and operational support systems for staff; conduct operational reviews to identify areas for improved efficiency; support organizational compliance and audit readiness efforts.
