The VISTA member at Bridge to Skate will build the organization's capacity by supporting grant development and program expansion. They will research funding opportunities, maintain a grant tracking system, and assist in drafting proposals and reports. The VISTA will develop program materials such as guides and partnership decks, support outreach to schools and community organizations, and help strengthen partnerships. They will also create systems to track participation and impact, and assist in developing volunteer recruitment and communication tools. These efforts will help expand free youth skateboarding programs and strengthen long-term sustainability.
