The VISTA member at Bridge to Skate will be part of the Coach Across America nationwide cohort of 64 members. The VISTA will build the organization's capacity by supporting grant development and program expansion. They will research funding opportunities, maintain a grant tracking system, and assist in drafting proposals and reports. The VISTA will develop program materials such as guides and partnership decks, support outreach to schools and community organizations, and help strengthen partnerships. They will also create and organize volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and communication systems to support sustainable program delivery. These efforts will help expand free youth skateboarding programs and strengthen long-term sustainability.
