The AmeriCorps VISTA Volunteer Coordinator will build the systems that power volunteer engagement. The member will design recruitment strategies, build partnerships, and create clear volunteer pathways that support programs. Duties include developing volunteer outreach plans and materials; creating onboarding, training, and role-placement systems; organizing and documenting volunteer standard operating procedures; coordinating regional disaster-readiness trainings; tracking engagement data and metrics; and helping implement volunteer recognition and feedback systems.
