Make a difference helping Catholic Charities Maine improve their Volunteer Services program collaborating w/ 20 Vol. Coordinators to assess onboarding, application, recruitment, training, analyze strategies & recommendations 2.Assess data mgmt; review process (1st & 2nd qrts). 3. Observe & assess existing programs, make recommendations (2nd qrt). 47. Interview at least 10 vol. coordinators to determine if needs met; make recommendations (1st & 2nd qrts). 8. Help make changes to processes/ systems as needed (3rd qrtr). 9. Attend staff meetings, both program & comm. partners (ongoing).
