The VISTA will build sustainable systems that strengthen volunteer engagement and support Family Strengthening programs. Activities include developing volunteer recruitment and retention strategies, improving onboarding and training tools, and enhancing VolunteerHub tracking systems, including kiosk-based check-in and reporting for corporate and group volunteers. The member will establish a Volunteer Lead Group to support outreach and engagement, and create structured group volunteer opportunities such as service projects and donation drives aligned with CCCS's calendar of focus. The VISTA will work with program teams to expand partnerships, improve data tracking, and increase volunteer impact to better serve families experiencing poverty
