The VISTA at Excite All Stars will serve as part of the 2026-27 Coach Across America VISTA cohort. The Systems, Marketing & Impact VISTA will increase organizational effectiveness and scale and reach by strengthening volunteer systems, marketing efforts, and program evaluation tools. They will develop volunteer recruitment and tracking systems, create a social media content calendar, coordinate newsletters and website updates, and organize marketing content for year-round programming. The VISTA will also develop surveys and impact tracking tools, analyze program data, and collaborate with leadership by creating SOPs to improve operational systems that strengthen organizational growth and community engagement.
