The VISTA at Friends of Baseball will serve as part of the 2026-27 Coach Across America cohort, building the organization's capacity for development and partnerships. The VISTA will develop and organize donor and partner pipelines, support the design and coordination of fundraising campaigns, and create systems to track engagement, communication, and growth. They will research prospective donors and partners, develop outreach materials, and establish consistent stewardship processes. The VISTA will also support the implementation of tools and workflows that improve internal coordination and long-term sustainability. This role focuses on building systems and strategies that strengthen revenue generation and expand access to youth development opportunities.
