The New Construction Crew Lead will serve full-time on active job sites. They will assist with hands-on construction including framing, siding, flooring, and landscaping; lead volunteer groups on site; facilitate safety orientations; support homebuyer families during the build process; help manage materials, set up and clean project sites; participate in planning meetings to advance affordable homeownership in the community.
