**Occupational Therapist (School-Based)**

**Schedule:** Monday-Friday | 37.5 Hours per Week

**Position Overview**
We are seeking dedicated **Occupational Therapists (OTs)** to support a dynamic and diverse school district. In this role, you will conduct student evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide services aligned with each student's educational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform comprehensive student evaluations
+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
+ Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with plans of care
+ Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
+ Ensure compliance with all professional and regulatory standards
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Active **Occupational Therapist license** in the state of practice
+ Minimum of **1 year of professional OT experience preferred**
+ Knowledge of and adherence to professional standards of practice
+ Current **CPR certification** (if applicable)
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required)
+ Current health certificate (per state/contract requirements)
+ Must meet all **federal, state, and local compliance requirements**
+ Must be **18 years of age or older**
