The Georgetown Campus of South Seattle College is Washington State¿s largest apprenticeship training institution. Serving over 3,000 apprentices and students earning everything from short-term certificates and industry-recognized credentials to Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degrees, the Georgetown campus is known as the area¿s premier workforce education and training center.

Position Summary
The Seattle Colleges are looking for innovative and dedicated faculty members who have a demonstrated commitment to working within a college community that is diverse and serves students from a broad spectrum of socioeconomic and academic backgrounds. Faculty will teach part-time in a trade related to their background. Successful applicants will have the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, staff and others in a campus climate that promotes cultural diversity and multicultural understanding in an urban environment.
Specific teaching assignments will be dependent on the instructors background and scheduling. Successful applicants may be invited to teach at South Seattle College- Georgetown Campus.
Candidates should be willing to teach in a variety of formats such as in-class, hybrid, online and varied class times including days, evenings, and weekends according to program needs.
This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-Seattle.
The salary range for part time faculty is $7,703 - $11,537.33 (P1: A1- E7).
