26-27 Performance Quality Improvement VISTA - CC Atlanta

The Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) program provides organization-wide resources and support that promotes consistent, efficient, and effective best practices-helping to reduce risk and clearly demonstrate the impact of Catholic Charities Atlanta's work. This VISTA position is a part of Catholic Charities USA's Family Strengthening Program, a national intermediary project. As a member, you will meet virtually with VISTA Leaders and other VISTAs serving throughout the country, all focused on alleviating poverty. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.

Member Duties : The AmeriCorps VISTA member will support Catholic Charities Atlanta's Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) team by developing and streamlining agency-wide policies, procedures, and documentation processes. Their work will ensure consistent practices, accurate impact reporting, and improved organizational efficiency. Responsibilities include refining policies using a standardized template, collaborating with staff to align practices with best standards, organizing content for agency handbooks, and maintaining a centralized system for managing vendor contracts and agreements.
