The VISTA at Rainbow Labs will be part of the 26-27 Coach Across America VISTA nationwide cohort. The Community Engagement VISTA will: expand strategic community partnerships in order to build an ecosystem of support that increases access to new audiences and future mentor recruitment channels; develop recruitment campaigns and lay the groundwork for a long-term mentor engagement strategy; represent Rainbow Labs at community events to strengthen brand visibility and public awareness; and refine a centralized tracking tool for monitoring outreach metrics and engagement results.
