Second, the VISTA will drive a 15% increase in participation for the Run for Inclusion 5K and Polar Plunge by identifying new corporate teams, run clubs, and community groups, then stewarding them from prospect to registered participant. Third, the VISTA will develop peer-to-peer fundraising toolkits, co-create campaign timelines with staff, and draft targeted email content to boost special events revenue by 10%. Finally, the VISTA will lead athlete recruitment outreach - attending community events and partnering with providers to grow athlete registration by 15%.
