Role Overview:The School Based Nurse (LPN) position involves providing dedicated 1: 1 care to student during transport to and from afternoon classes. The role focuses on essential nursing tasks such as trach care, suctioning, and mobility assistance, ensuring the student' s health and safety during transportation. Must have trach and g-tube experience.
Job Details:- Schedule: 5 days/week. Half days on Wednesday
- Dates: August-June
- Hours: 30-32 per week
- Setting: Elementary School
