The VISTA will be part of the 2026-2027 Coach Across America national VISTA cohort of 64 members. The TRRA VISTA will have four main tasks: 1. Elevate and systematize a Volunteer Management System that meets the needs of our organization. 2. Increase volunteer participation by 10% from 2025/2026 using both hours volunteered and number of volunteers as metrics to show year-over-year growth. 3. Strategize and collaborate with the TRRA Operations Manager to identify operational challenges and create solutions. 4. Generate Standard Operating Procedure documents for volunteers and organizational operations. The VISTA must be a self-starter who can communicate with a diverse sport-based community and also be familiar with multiple communication platforms so we can increase the capacity and impact of our organization. Rowing knowledge and experience are preferred but not required.
