The VISTA will be part of the 26-27 Coach Across America national cohort of 64 members. The VISTA will: coordinate outreach to schools hosting GMP Learn-to-Play clinics & events to build GMP recruitment; develop curriculum for our growing elementary school club programs; provide targeted support to GMP (Girls Matching Player) initiatives; evaluate the Bingham Grant, especially within school programs; lead and expand the Ambassador Program by recruiting coaches, parents, college players, and community leaders; plan trainings, appreciation events, and ongoing engagement; build relationships to support long-term program sustainability.
