The VISTA at the U.S. Center for Mental Health and Sport will serve as part of the 26-27 Coach Across America VISTA cohort of 64 members. The Partnerships and Development VISTA will increase leveraged resources by supporting the development of programs and partnerships in building the foundation and scaling of opportunities. The VISTA will accomplish this by strengthening fundraising, communications/social media, and program infrastructure. Responsibilities include expanding donor outreach, supporting fundraising campaigns, securing corporate sponsorships, and helping plan community fundraising events. The VISTA will also grow social media by creating consistent content, collaborating with athlete ambassadors, and establishing a content calendar to increase engagement and reach. Additionally, the VISTA will establish partnerships with at least 10 organizations, businesses, or entities, as well as create a structured engagement plan for volunteers and recruit at least 5 new volunteers.
