The AmeriCorps member will refine outreach practices to reach a greater audience conducting and reviewing assessments making recommendations to the Sustainability Council and review previous VISTAs communication pilot programming.
The VISTA will further develop standard operating procedures for volunteer management at events on campus building capacity and reducing high turnover rates.
The VISTA will also drive social sustainability practices at the college through research of standard practices at institutions of a similar size identifying new goals and benchmarks to support accessibility to education for individuals at all income levels.
