Alternatively, a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with Elementary Certified K-5 ALL Subjects (K-8 Self-Contained Classroom), with grade 6-8 endorsements (listed above), preferred. Experience teaching specifically Math. Elementary Certified K-5 ALL Subjects (K-8 Self Contained Classroom), with grade 6-8 endorsements (listed above), preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS Continued… Must be team-oriented and creative minded. Competency in student management and supervision. Experience working in a teaming environment. Understanding of Middle School concepts and the young adolescent. Candidates are expected to be able to demonstrate proven ability in collaboration, initiative leadership, and innovation. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with students, staff, and parents. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
