Description    North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our established and growing team serving Baptist Memorial Health Care in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area. This unique opportunity offers the rare combination of a thriving cardiac practice, exceptional compensation, and a true 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, allowing you to enjoy approximately half the year off while maintaining a highly rewarding career.

Schedule• Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off• Approximately 26 Working Weeks Per Year

Key Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements • M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine • TEE proficiency is required • Completion of Cardiac Fellowship • ECFMG and FLEX • Completion of approved residency in anesthesia • Currently licensed as a physician
