Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to be based in the PST/MST near a major airport. This person will utilize their strong technical skills in Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, HPLC, IC, GC, LC-MS, ICP, and other analytical instrumentation to develop and grow their assigned territory. A strong market knowledge and professional network are a plus.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline a plus) 
  • Technical analytical instrumentation sales experience.
  • Might consider no sales with hands-on lab experience using analytical instrumentation such as LC MS, GC, ICP, HPLC, and mass spectrometry, along with outstanding interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience. 
  • Experience within food and beverage and environmental testing markets 
  • Must be driven, strategic, independent, a team player, and have a strong desire to be in a field sales role
  • A desire to prospect and develop a territory
  • Strong market knowledge and professional network are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Presentation experience A PLUS  
  • Ability for overnight travel 
  • Based in the PST/MST near a major airport
