Our client is seeking to expand their sales team with a Technical Sales Representative based in the Midwest. Responsibilities include selling products into the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and academic research markets. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing business within their assigned territories. Additionally, the corporate culture is exceptional, with a strong emphasis on employee well- being and work-life balance.  

Requirements:

  • B.S. in the sciences; i.e., biology, molecular biology, or a closely related degree
  • Technical Sales experience within the Life Science marketplace, i.e., molecular biology, DNA, RNA, sequencing, gene synthesis, a plus
  • Driven, team player, and excellent corporate culture
  • Strategic sales experience focus (with the ability to keep transactional business coming in) 
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability for overnight travel  
  • Based in the Midwest
