• Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage the integration and support of new technologies into the FDOT environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors, project leaders, and technical staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience with exposure to multi-platform environments.
• Strong initiative, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, and bending.
• Willingness to travel between FDOT locations (25% - 40%).

Preferences:

• Experience with advanced network and telephony support.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes: incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Knowledge of quality assurance techniques and tools.
