Pay Rate: $75 - $80/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide care for labor, delivery, recovery, and high-risk antepartum patients.

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN License in hand for auto offer.

• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, and AWHONN Advanced certifications.

• First-time travelers accepted.

• Charge nurse experience preferred or willingness to train.

• Permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to labor, delivery, recovery, and high-risk antepartum patients.

• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery.

• Assist with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and obstetric emergencies.

• Care for patients in OB Triage, LDR, OR, and PACU areas.

• Administer medications and accurately document care in Epic.

• Float to like units within scope as needed.
