What You’ll Do
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials between warehouse and production areas
- Stage parts and supplies to keep production lines running without interruption
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Conduct and assist with cycle counts
- Ensure loads are secured and handled correctly
- Pitch in with packaging, labeling, and palletizing
- Uphold 5S organization and housekeeping standards
- Follow all safety procedures and GMP requirements
Your Schedule (2-2-3, 12-Hour Shifts)
- Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
- Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am (+10% differential)
- Rotation: Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days (includes weekends)
What You Bring
- Current forklift certification
- Experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing operations
- Ability to work a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs with or without accommodation
- Competent in basic math with strong communication skills
- English required for safety and training
Bonus Skills
- Inventory control experience
- Exposure to SAP or other WMS platforms
- Microsoft Office proficiency
