2nd & 1st Shift Grinder

Job summary:

Keep all recyclable resin ground and stored.  Monitor and report to the Production Manager scrap and trashed resin weights. Work to maintain a clean and safe work place.

Summary of essential job functions:.

1. Regrind

• Remove and grind all runners, scrapped parts, and purgings from all molding machines..
• Keep all regrinds separated into their grades.
• Properly label all regrind.
• Store all regrind in its proper locations.
• Report all full scrap gaylords to the warehouse supervisors.
• Properly clean grinders when needed.
• Report any chipped blades or any non-functioning grinder to shift supervisor.

2. Function as backup to the warehouse

• When asked function as a warehouse assistant.

3.  Education and Experience Required

• No education requirement
• LMT will train to drive a forklift

4. Other Duties as Required
