Grinder
Job summary:
Keep all recyclable resin ground and stored. Monitor and report to the Production Manager scrap and trashed resin weights. Work to maintain a clean and safe work place.
Summary of essential job functions:.
- Regrind
- Remove and grind all runners, scrapped parts, and purgings from all molding machines..
- Keep all regrinds separated into their grades.
- Properly label all regrind.
- Store all regrind in its proper locations.
- Report all full scrap gaylords to the warehouse supervisors.
- Properly clean grinders when needed.
- Report any chipped blades or any non-functioning grinder to shift supervisor.
- Function as backup to the warehouse
- When asked function as a warehouse assistant.
- Education and Experience Required
- No education requirement
- LMT will train to drive a forklift
- Other Duties as Required
