What You’ll Do

As a 2nd Shift Shipping and Final Inspection team member, you will be responsible for:

• Performing final inspections on forged components to ensure quality meets company standards
• Cleaning, organizing, and maintaining shipping and inspection areas to promote efficiency and safety
• Operating machinery and equipment relevant to shipment and inspection tasks
• Accurately documenting inspection results and shipping activities
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals
• Following all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, industrial, shipping, or quality control environments
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects
• Experience operating tools and equipment used in shipping and inspection
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
