Volt is immediately hiring multiple Warehouse Workers in San Diego CA.
As a Warehouse Worker you will: · Pick and pack · Sort and stage inventory in warehouse · Exceed production and safety standards · Inspect orders product and load trucks for shipment · Unload trucks receive and locate inventory in warehouse · Scan label inventory using RF scanner build pallets for shipping · Maintain Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks hand trucks · Perform general labor as needed moving product throughout warehouse · Pick product from inventory complete customer orders stage product for loading · Operate forklifts · Some roles require that you drive a box truck around facility at times
This is a full-time long-term opportunity with strong potential to go temp to hire at any time.
Schedule 2nd shift hours are 2pm - 1030pm 3rd shift is 10pm - 530am.
Please note all positions require that you can train on first shift for 30 - 90 days. Training hours are Monday - Friday 5am - 130pm plus overtime.
The ideal candidate will have: · 6 months or more of warehouse experience · Forklift experience preferred · Must be able to stand for long periods of time and consistently lift 40-50 pounds · Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements drug test background check and clean DMV record
Pay Rate 22.75-25.00 Per Hour DOE
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
