The 2nd Shift Processing Production Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
They train and support employees to maximize performance, plan and schedule resources, and manage performance through feedback.
The role promotes communication, employee involvement, and safety initiatives while collaborating with other departments on quality, cost reduction, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the poultry or food industry, with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Basic computer skills and bilingual ability (English/Spanish) are preferred.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred.
This position may require working flexible hours, including weekends.
