Administrative Security Guard Phoenix, AZ
Seeking reliable and professional Administrative Security Guards to help maintain a safe, secure, and organized work environment. This position combines security responsibilities with administrative support duties. Pay & Schedule:
2nd Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM): $20.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Monitor facility access and verify visitor credentials.
Conduct routine security patrols and report incidents.
Maintain visitor logs and security records.
Answer phones, assist guests, and provide administrative support as needed.
Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security concerns.
Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous security, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
Ability to remain professional and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
