We are hiring dependable individuals for a manufacturing role in a fast-paced production environment. This is a contract-to-hire position offering steady hours and the opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
Shift
· 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
· Overtime and weekend work may be required
What You’ll Do
· Clean and prepare metal components using solvents and tools
· Perform light grinding to remove imperfections
· Apply brazing paste and assemble parts per detailed instructions
· Operate brazing and spot-welding equipment
· Inspect finished parts and document results
· Report quality issues to the appropriate team
· Maintain clean equipment and workspace between cycles
What We’re Looking For
· 6–12+ months of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
· Ability to follow detailed, repetitive instructions with precision
· Basic math and reading skills
· Able to lift 50–60 lbs
· Comfortable working in a warm, industrial environment
· Team player with strong attention to detail
· High School Diploma or GED
Work Environment
· Industrial manufacturing setting (warm, loud, and fast-paced)
· Casual dress (jeans, t-shirt, steel toe boots required)
· Hands-on, physical role
