2nd Shift Assembler

· Competitive Pay of $14.50 per hour

· Schedule: Monday – Friday

· - 1st Shift: 6:30am – 2:30pm

· - 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm

· Location: Charlotte, NC

· Temporary position with potential for additional assignments

As a Picker, you will play a key role in the final stage of production for one of the nation's largest visual communication providers. This position involves inspecting printed materials, assembling packages, and ensuring quality and accuracy before distribution. It’s a detail-oriented role in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

· Visually inspect printed materials before packaging

· Assemble and insert materials into boxes or envelopes

· Work alongside team members to meet production deadlines

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow safety and quality standards at all times

· Ability to stand in place for extended periods

· Comfortable with repetitive tasks

· Strong attention to detail and time management

· Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting

· Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus

· $14.50/hour

The base pay range for this position is $30,160 – $30,160, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
