$18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE, based on department)

We are seeking dependable and motivated Assemblers to become an integral part of a growing production team in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a 2nd shift opportunity offering competitive pay based on experience and department placement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team to assemble products or mechanical components

• Rotate through various production tasks depending on department needs

• Operate hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently

• Conduct quality inspections on finished products and components

• Identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors

• Prepare finished products for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

• Follow all safety guidelines and production procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred

• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment

• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed processes

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift and handle materials as required

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Strong team player with reliable attendance
