Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay Rate: $18.50

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Parts Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Spring Hill, TN. In this role, you will play a key part in the automotive supply chain by constructing, inspecting, and packaging vehicle components to exact quality and safety standards. Responsibilities & Duties

• Product Assembly: Read work instructions to assemble automotive parts and sub-assemblies.
• Tool Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and fixtures to precisely connect components.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections of parts to identify defects or alignment issues.
• Packaging: Securely package completed automotive parts for safe shipment and distribution.
• Workspace Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Schedule: Ability to work the 2nd shift consistently (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
• Physical Stamina: Comfortably stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow multi-step processes without skipping quality checks.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation to our facility in Spring Hill and a strong attendance record.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
