Looking to build your skills in a hands-on role? We’re seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work makes a real impact every day.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll assemble components using blueprints and work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

• Read and interpret bill of materials, blueprints, and mechanical drawings
• Accurately fit, align, and assemble parts
• Use tools such as wrenches, impact guns, nail guns, grinders, and more
• Operate equipment like forklifts, cranes, and lifts (after certification)
• Tag and label completed units
• Troubleshoot and work with team leads or maintenance to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Cross-train in other departments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and convert fractions and decimals
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Experience with large unit assembly
• Ability to read engineered/mechanical drawings
• Experience using precision hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Onsite role in a manufacturing environment
• Stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Push/pull materials with crane assistance
• Perform repetitive motions, bending, reaching, and climbing
• Work in conditions including heat, noise, and varying weather
• Use required PPE (safety boots, eye and ear protection)
