2nd Shift Assembly Lead

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: 2nd, 2pm-10pm - 2nd shift
Expected Hours: 40

Our client is a creative product manufacturer who is looking for a 2nd shift Assembly Line Lead to join their team. They will assist in leading the manufacturing line with finished goods to hit quality, safety, and production number goals each day, helping the assembly staff.

● Troubleshoot machines as needed to keep the line moving.
● Move materials and waste in and out of the line area by hand, cart, or pallet jack as needed
● Report end-of-line production quantities to Supervisor throughout the shift and at the end of each day
● Work with the Assembly Staff and Supervisors to continually find ways to improve productivity and efficiency on each task throughout the line.



* Must have 3-5 years of production line experience, preferably in an assembly or manufacturing environment
* Must have strong computer skills, using Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height
