2nd Shift Assembly
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay Range: $22-$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Thursday 3:30p-2:00a

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join a Tulsa-based manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in assembling and installing tube bundles into air-cooled heat exchanger units with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, and working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and align tube bundles into air-cooled heat exchanger units per engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Measure, align, and secure components to exact tolerances using appropriate tools.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish prior to final inspection.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools, equipment, and work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts and/or overhead cranes (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Prior experience installing or assembling heat exchangers, condensers, or similar industrial equipment.
• Welding or fabrication experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Work in manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
