? 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – Until Finish
? Pay: $17.00 per hour
We are currently seeking a dependable Baler Operator for a 2nd shift position in High Point.
Responsibilities:
Operate baler equipment to compress and recycle materials
Load and monitor materials going into the baler
Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and recyclables
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Previous machine or equipment operation experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible end time (“until finish”)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
