SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Tube Bender Fabricators in Denton, TX. This position is responsible for setting up and operating tube bending equipment to fabricate metal tubing according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in producing high-quality parts in a safe and efficient environment.
Pay rate starts at $17/hour and can increase based on experience. Second shift available: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with the potential for overtime.
Responsibilities of the Tube Bender Fabricator
- Set up and operate tube bending machines according to production specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings.
- Measure and inspect finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate bends and maintain quality standards.
- Load and unload tubing and materials safely.
- Verify dimensions and inspect parts throughout the production process.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain production records and report any quality or equipment issues.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist with other fabrication and production duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications of the Tube Bender Fabricator
- Previous experience operating tube bending equipment or similar manufacturing machinery preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and production drawings.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
