What You'll Do
- Operate brake press machines to bend and form metal components
- Read blueprints and work orders (training provided)
- Load materials and ensure accurate alignment
- Inspect parts for quality and precision
- Perform basic machine maintenance and track production
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, team-oriented, and motivated

- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
