Job Description
2nd Shift- Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm
Must be available for overtime 3pm-3am as needed.
Responsibilities:
- MUST have OSHA Forklift sit Certified, *Slip sheet/ Bale pack experience*
- MUST HAVE Experience-Receiving material with and without pallets- Double Pallet-Sit Down (the stacks without the pallets)
- Complete and document daily forklift inspection before/ after each shift
- Report damages / required maintenance work orders as needed for repairs
- Deliver appropriate stock to machines before start of the run and during the shift
- Remove all WIP from machines and conveyor lines
- Maintain orderly, neat, and safe stacks of stock in storage areas
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Utilize RF Scanner
- Confirm Bill Of Lading information (Inbound and Outbound)
- Record all stock material on computer and delivery receipt
- Ensure all product is properly stacked and stored
- Secure loaded materials for transportation
- Perform other duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- MUST be OSHA Forklift Certified (sit-down) minimum of 3 years
- MUST have Experience picking up material without a pallet
- MUST have experience operating a Double Pallet-Sit Down Forklift
- Valid OSHA Certification (MUST BE VALID)
- Experience in the Corrugated Industry a plus
- RF Scanner
- Bill of Ladings - BOL (outbound and inbound knowledge)
- Use of computer skills
- Strong organizational & communication skills: Writing, Speaking, Reading
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
