Pay rate: $25.19-$31.20 per hour depending on experience
Summary: A successful CNC Milling Operator can safely and efficiently manufacture parts that meet all quality and safety requirements. This position is an hourly, non-exempt position and reports to the Production Planner Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently produce a product that meets all quality parameters.
Meet production requirements.
Must be able to provide your own tools.
Work to blueprint part tolerances.
Work with metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Adjust feed rates, spindle speeds, and offsets when necessary.
Deburr machined parts as required.
Inspect parts during production.
Develop fixturing and work holding componentry.
Monitor and maintain machine fluid levels.
Cross-train on other plant machinery.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required and related experience.
Understanding of machine tool equipment and processes.
CNC milling experience of NC mills and CNC mills with Fanuc controls.
Manual milling machine experience.
Ability to create, edit and troubleshoot part programs to fix issues and optimize efficiency.
Ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a machining environment.
