2nd Shift CNC Operators

We need 1 employee with Milling experience, one with Millturn experience, and two with turning experience.
Positions could be temp to hire. 

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, mechanical aptitude, and experience operating CNC machining equipment.

Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines to produce quality parts according to specifications (Okuma and Haas machines onsite)
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production documents
Perform routine machine adjustments and monitor machine performance
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety and production procedures

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of CNC operation experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience operating CNC mills preferred
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read measuring instruments and blueprints to perform basic quality checks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
