We are hiring dependable individuals for a manufacturing role in a fast-paced production environment. This is a contract-to-hire position offering steady hours and the opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
Shift
· 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
· Overtime and weekend work may be required
What You’ll Do
· Load parts into preheat ovens to begin production process
· Mix coating materials (slurry, binders, additives) per batch instructions
· Operate coating machinery and monitor temperature gauges
· Place parts into fixtures and run them through coating process
· Mark sample lots for quality testing and complete documentation
· Unload finished parts and perform visual inspections
· Clean excess material and maintain equipment between cycles
· Accurately record production data and report issues as needed
What We’re Looking For
· 6–12+ months of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
· Ability to follow detailed, repetitive instructions with precision
· Basic math and reading skills
· Able to lift 50–60 lbs
· Comfortable working in a warm, industrial environment
· Team player with strong attention to detail
· High School Diploma or GED
Work Environment
· Industrial manufacturing setting (warm, loud, and fast-paced)
· Casual dress (jeans, t-shirt, steel toe boots required)
· Hands-on, physical role
