Job Overview:
A lathe machine is used to shape cylindrical workpieces by rotating the material against a cutting tool. Before operation, inspect the machine and ensure all safety guards are in place. Secure the workpiece firmly in the chuck and select the appropriate speed and feed rate. Start the machine and carefully perform the machining operation while monitoring the cutting process. After completing the work, switch off the machine, wait for all moving parts to stop, remove the workpiece, and clean the machine. Always wear safety glasses, avoid loose clothing, and follow the manufacturer's operating instructions.
