2nd Shift Converting Machine Operator

Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Load plastic film rolls into machines to prepare for production
• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package finished goods according to specified standards
• Perform light maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and organized

What's Needed?

• Must provide a resume for review
• Solid, consistent work history with no significant gaps
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Excellent attendance record; reliability is essential
