What You’ll Do as a Cycle Count Team Lead:
  • Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Communicate shortages, overages, and inventory issues to leadership
  • Support receiving, stocking, and shipping to ensure proper inventory tracking
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and audit preparation
  • Provide reporting and recommend process improvements for inventory accuracy
What You Need to Bring to the Cycle Count Team Lead Role:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stand and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (cycle counting a plus)
  • Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English
  • Reliable transportation to the Spencer, IA area
  • Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screen, if required
