What You’ll Do as a Cycle Count Team Lead:- Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and efficiently
- Maintain and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicate shortages, overages, and inventory issues to leadership
- Support receiving, stocking, and shipping to ensure proper inventory tracking
- Assist with physical inventory counts and audit preparation
- Provide reporting and recommend process improvements for inventory accuracy
What You Need to Bring to the Cycle Count Team Lead Role:- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (cycle counting a plus)
- Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Reliable transportation to the Spencer, IA area
- Ability to pass a background check and/or drug screen, if required
